The terms governing your use of ForgeScanner — a research and analysis tool that scans the forex and gold markets for chart patterns and reports each pattern's backtested hit-rate with its sample size.
ForgeScanner (the "App") and the website at scanner.forgestudiofx.com are operated by an independent individual developer trading under the name "ForgeStudio FX" ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction. You may not be located in or a resident of countries under U.S. embargo. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Report unauthorized access immediately. Accounts that violate these Terms may be suspended or terminated with or without notice.
ForgeScanner offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription (the price is shown in Google Play and varies by region). Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled. Google Play processes all purchases; ForgeStudio FX does not store card details. Cancel anytime in Google Play Subscriptions; access continues through the current billing period with no prorated refunds.
ForgeScanner is a research and analysis tool: it detects chart patterns on forex and gold and shows their historical hit-rate (with the sample size). It is NOT financial advice. ForgeStudio FX is not a broker, dealer, fund manager, or investment adviser. Foreign exchange and leveraged trading carry high risk; losses can exceed deposits. A detected pattern and its hit-rate are statistical summaries of past data, not a buy/sell recommendation, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You alone are responsible for every trade you place at your broker. Trade only with capital you can afford to lose and consult licensed financial advisers.

Violations may result in suspension, termination, and refusal of refunds; severe violations may be reported to law enforcement.
The Service, source code, design, trademarks, and ForgeStudio FX–provided content are owned by ForgeStudio FX and protected by copyright and trademark law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
The Service uses third-party providers for payments, hosting, authentication, notifications, error monitoring, market data, and advertising. Those providers' terms also apply to your use of their services through ForgeScanner.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted/error-free operation.
ForgeStudio FX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including trading losses or business interruption. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months or USD 100, whichever is greater. Where a jurisdiction restricts these exclusions, the maximum permitted limits apply.
You agree to defend and indemnify ForgeStudio FX against claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.
ForgeStudio FX may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach or at reasonable discretion. You may terminate by deleting your account via Settings → Delete account. Surviving provisions remain enforceable.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without applying conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes first require 60 days of good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes go to Vietnamese courts. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
ForgeStudio FX may update these Terms. Material changes require email and in-app notice 14 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
